<p><span style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102); font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 12px; text-indent: 36px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">聆听了老师们的精辟讲座，每一天都能感受到思想火花的碰撞、冲击。专家老师们的教育教学理念、人格魅力和治学精神深深地印在我的心里。他们所讲的内容深刻独到、旁征博引、通俗易懂、生动有趣、发人深省。虽然我不能做到照单全收，但是他们先进的教育理念、独到的教学思想、全新的管理体制，对我今后的教育教学工作无不起着引领和导向的作用。这次培训之后，更增添了我努力使自己成为科研型教师的信心，给了我强烈的感染和深刻的理论引领。</span></p>

<p><span style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102); font-family: 微软雅黑; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">兴趣是最好的老师，是最基础学习动力和源泉。著名教育心理学家夸美纽斯说过 ：“兴趣是创造一个欢乐和光明的教学环境的重要途径之一，兴趣是推动学习的内在力量，学生的学习兴趣是学习的强大动力。”可见，学习兴趣对于学生学习和掌握知识起着非常重要的作用，教学过程中激发学生的学习兴趣是何等的重要。那么在教学中如何激发学生的学习兴趣呢？现将本人二十年来的教学实践浅谈以下两点： 一、用爱心做学生的知心人，是激发学生学习兴趣的基础。 爱就是教育，没有爱就没有教育。教师教育工作者的前提就是需要有爱心，只有在爱的基础上才能接纳孩子，包容孩子的一切。特别是在我们的农村学校，留守儿童的学生占一半多，这些留守儿童在家庭中缺乏关爱，不同程度的存在着一些性格缺陷和心理障碍，导致大部分学生来到学校后根本不把学习放在心上。我们的农村教师好多人都说 :“现在的学生难以管理，教学成绩难以提高 ”。那么如何改变这种现状呢，我认为要用我们无私的爱去关心他们、尊重他们，做学生的知心人，让这颗爱心永驻学生的心间，为激发学生学习兴趣奠定基础。</span></p>
