<p><span style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102); font-family: 微软雅黑; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">“以教师为主导、以学生为主体”其实就是让学生从“要我学” 达到“我要学”的学习境界，——这并不容易。长期的“应试教育”使得学生过分依赖教师，依赖课本，并以考试为最终目的，禁锢了学生的自主发展。而教师作为应试教育培养出来的人才，实施素质教育必须开辟新路！特别是在以考试分数为主的评价体系下，课堂教学改革真的需要勇气更需要水平！</span></p>
