我认为新教师上岗，给学生的第一映像非常重要，首先是在上第一节课时，教师首先是要注意个人形象，老师把自己收拾的干干净净飘飘亮亮非常重要，毕竟学生还是很喜欢看颜值的！哈哈！再然后呢，新教师上岗不能给学生非常温柔的感觉，不然学生就会无法无天，不听老师招呼。所以，新教师还必须树立威信！
