<p>思政课的老师，要做学生的引路人，就应该有渊博的知识，高尚的人格魅力，与时俱进，不断学习，不断更新自己的教育理念，关注时政热点。在知识贮备上，要掌握教育学、心理学，以及学科知识，练好内功能，了解学生的个性特点，能因材施教，能解答学生的提出的问题；个人人格魅力上，教师要有高尚的人格魅力，以自己美好的品德修养感染学生、熏陶学生，在日常生活中，不断提升自己的素养，要有美好的心灵，高尚的情操，善良的行为，文明用语，为人师表，做好学生的表率；在处事方式上，要平等对待每一位学生，要有一颗博大的爱心，关爱每一位学生，尊重每一位学生，理解学生，宽容学生，更要欣赏和赞美学生，做学生的朋友。</p>
