我认为一个问题老师说一遍学生可能记不住，如果一个问题老师反反复复地去说，学生会觉得自己的脸上会挂不住，自然就会主动的去把自己打理干净，慢慢的学生就形成了一种习惯。

应加强督促检查。孩子的自觉性、坚持性和自制能力都较差，需要不断的督促提醒和检查，这样可使其良好的习惯不断强化，逐步形成自觉行动。
