<p>我认为因材施教、因地制宜较好。因地制宜就是有多大锅就下多少米，合理使用资源。把主要的讲清楚，把基础的东西讲好，让学生听得懂记得住能应用就好了。在课堂上让学生全部参与的事情只有两件：全部听讲和全部做练习。没有第三了。合作探究只能是一部分人。</p>
