<p>理解是爱之桥梁。理解学生,就是要懂得学生的真实想法,体谅学生的过激行为。学生由于年龄小、经验少等种种原因,难免会产生一些错误的想法,出现一些错误的言行。班主任应先从内心深处理解学生,对学生抱以宽容的态度,为师生架起沟通的桥梁。</p>
