<p>在教学中我是这样做的上课时多鼓励学生回答就算错误了也一样，至少他在思考；在表扬时我会夸大表情、动作夸大、语言（你真聪明、这么会思考、老师都没想到等等）；在课后我会找学生聊一聊，比如上课认真的学生我就会说最近表现不错，就这样下去你肯定是最优秀的能不能坚持？比如上课不认真的学生我就会找到他的优点进行表扬接着说如果你上课跟你&nbsp; 一样那就完美了。在作业上因为学生数很多不能每个都写上自己想要对他表达 的话，所有我是这样做的：我买了很多不同标语的小章（你很优秀、再努力、有进步等等）在批改时针对学生不同情况印上去。</p>
