<p>第一，活动中及时对幼儿鼓励、引导，增强他们的合作意识。</p><p>第二，引导能力强的幼儿帮带能力较弱的，促进合作能力的提高。</p><p>第三，引导幼儿总结，提高合作的方法。</p>

<p>合作能力可以在美术活动中培养。大家共同完成一件作品，绘画作品、手工作品、陶艺作品。各有分工，共同协作。让幼儿看到合作的力量，也能直观的看到合作的成果。</p>
