<p>这问题有点大了。良好的班风的树立，离不开一个优秀的班主任与一帮能起带头作用的班干。班主任有办法，什么事都好办，班主任没办法，什么事都做不好。班干的选拨也同样重要，一个不上进的班干想让其他人上进，简直是笑话</p>
