“人人都当小干部”能够培养学生的责任意识和担当意识，学生的领导力也是一种需要从小培养的能力。长大后，不一定所有同学都能当“官”，但是，必定是要为一个家庭挑起大梁，这也是领导力的体现，从小就已经培养起了领导力的同学，在担当家庭责任时，必定也是非常有优秀的。
