教师要从学生的实际出发，使教学的教学适合学生的知识水平和接受能力，重点要考虑学生的个性特点和差异。（1）深入细致地了解和研究学生，并通过课内外活动，家长交流，与其他老师交流来加深对学生的理解，更好的因材施教。（2）正确对待学生的不同差异采取不同的措施。
