研修计划一、研修目标1、提高课堂教学效率，进行高效课堂教学，需改革教学理念，积极实践课改的新理念、新思路。2、应用现代教育教学理论来指导教学,用信息技术来辅助教学，提高学生的学习兴趣，积极探索教学新方法，参与历史课题研究等。二、研修主题 遵照教研工作计划，以学校的教学教研工作为指导，立足课堂、革新教学方式，提高课堂教学的有效性为重点，坚持科学育人，扎实有序地开展历史教学研修工作，为促进学生的全面发展，全面提高个人素养，努力服务于教研教学工作。三、实施步骤1、加强教育理论学习，多看教育教学专著，并认真做好笔记，努力提高个人专业素养。认真阅读《新课程标准》《听名师讲课》《给教师的建议》等有关资料，钻研新教材，新课标，研究教法，体会新课程的理念，提高自己的业务能力。以使自己在教育教学工作中能有所提高。2、通过教师个人自学，网络学习的方法及时了解最前沿的教改信息，扩展自己知识视野，不断更新教育教学理念，丰富教育教学理论，提升理论水平和教学教研水平。3、积极主动地上好研讨课，认真开展高效课堂教学展示活动，使教学研讨进课堂。尤其要多关注后进生，本学期采用一帮一以优带差、小组竞争的方式提高教育教学质量和良好习惯的养成，以促进潜能生各方面能力的提高。积极学习先进的教育教学理论，转变教育教学观念，准确定位自己，用先进的理论充实自己、提高自己。经常听课，学习身边老师的宝贵经验，提高自己教育水平。4、虚心向同行教师们学习，争取多听课，取众人之长，弥补自己学科知识的不足。学会思考教育问题，积极把先进的教育理念转化为教师的行为等，从反思中提升教学研究水平。每节课后，把自己在教学实践中发现的问题和有价值的东西赶快记下来，享受成功，弥补不足。在总结经验中完善自我。在自己的教学过程中，时刻做到三个反思：教学前反思，从培养学生实践能力着手，拓展教学内容，优化教学过程；5、认真撰写教育教学心得体会，争取有质有量。充分利用网络手段，观摩名家教学，撰写、教学反思，在课堂教学中利用多媒体手段教学，激发学生学习的兴趣，创设情景，提高学生发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力，培养学生良好的学习习惯。

研修计划新课程改革的关键在于教师，中小学骨干教师是提高基础教育教学质量的中坚力量，是推动新的课程改革的生力军，也是保证课程改革向纵深发展的重要力量。我有幸被选拔参加中原名师工作室省级骨干教师培训，深感自己肩上的责任重大，为了能更好地胜任自己的使命，特拟定一份培训期间个人研修计划如下：一、指导思想认真学习网络研修平台提供的的通识和选修课程，坚持理论与实践相结合的原则，不断研修，以夯实自己的教育理论功底，拓展学科专业事业，从各方面不断完善自己，提高自身综合素质，成为一个学习型教师以及科研意识强，科研水平高的研究型的教师。二、 研修目标1、树立终生学习的观念，不断提升自己的师德修养，提升自己的教学素养。2、坚持每天读书一小时，做到读书有体会，提高自己阅读的能力和理论水平。3、加强教育教学实践与研究，思考教育教学的现实问题、理论与实践结合的问题。教学中不断实践，不断探求、感悟、反思，使自己逐步成为研究型、开拓型教师。4、利用现代化设备，借鉴网络资源，加强对教材体系的梳理，多看名师课堂实录，取他人之长，补己之短。5、提高自己的教育教学专业水平，丰富自己的教育教学理论素养，探求成功的教学模式，提升历史教学科研能力，进一步提高自己的专业素养和教学水平。6、加强课题研究，积极参与课题研究，围绕所研究的课题完成结题报告，研究论文。三、具体实施1、提升师德修养认真学习优秀教师爱岗敬业的先进事迹，比照自身不足之处，多反思，多思考，多实践, 努力将自己塑造成为业务精湛，家长信任，学生爱戴的优秀教师。并勇于探索，为人师表，严于律己，积极承担学校分配的各项教学科研任务，以优秀教师为榜样，进一步提升自己的人格魅力。努力使自己成为一名出色的骨干教师。不断地提高自己的科研能力，平时多读一些有关自己学科的最新前沿资料，注意收集，注意积累，积极申请课题，早日成为一名贯彻新课改精神的排头兵。2、提升教育教学能力积极参加工作室组织的相关教研活动，参加校内外各项教学活动，利用一切资源多向同事学习，并积极走出去，向教育界名师寻经问宝，虚心学习，认真学习指导教师的教学方法手段，做好听课笔记，写好听课反思。争取每一堂课都有所收获，向指导教师学习，进一步提高自己的教学能力。努力探索和研究适合学生特点，能促进学生全面发展的教学方法，和历史教师共同探索教学中的难点问题和创新性问题。3、形成独特教法，形成经验文章方面在今后的教学中，我将尝试运用多种灵活的教学方法，来激发学生的学习兴趣。及时对每节课进行反思，争取每学期都有1~2篇质量较高的教学反思和教学设计。同时还要坚持，每天都有点滴收获，每年都能写出1~2篇有较高质量的教育教学论文。并一如既往的准时参加校内外教科研培训活动，提升教学研究能力。积极参与学校的课题研究，争取能独立开展课题研究。4、提升科研水平积极参加工作室和学校的课题研究，用课题促进自己教研学习，增强教育科研能力。结合时间坚持每天都有点滴收获，拟定个人课题研究计划。
