<p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; list-style: none; overflow-wrap: normal; word-break: normal; line-height: 18px; color: rgb(70, 70, 70); font-family: Verdana, 宋体, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(232, 220, 200);">通过半个月的学习，结合当前具体教学实际，我有以下反思与建议：</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; list-style: none; overflow-wrap: normal; word-break: normal; line-height: 18px; color: rgb(70, 70, 70); font-family: Verdana, 宋体, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(232, 220, 200);">1、转变教师观念，适应新课改的需要</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; list-style: none; overflow-wrap: normal; word-break: normal; line-height: 18px; color: rgb(70, 70, 70); font-family: Verdana, 宋体, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(232, 220, 200);">教师观念决定了教学态度，教学观念决定着教学质量。要想推进新课程改革、构建高效课堂、推进教学模式改革，就要通过培训学习、集中学习、分包学科学习、年级组学习等形式从教育教学的理论高度学习把握，使教师能站在一个更高的认识上去教育教学，以避免教师工作的懈怠与厌倦，实现教师专业的可持续发展。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; list-style: none; overflow-wrap: normal; word-break: normal; line-height: 18px; color: rgb(70, 70, 70); font-family: Verdana, 宋体, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(232, 220, 200);">2、落实课程标准，使教学有正确方向</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; list-style: none; overflow-wrap: normal; word-break: normal; line-height: 18px; color: rgb(70, 70, 70); font-family: Verdana, 宋体, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(232, 220, 200);">课程标准的重要性不言而喻，然而相当一部分的省、市的学校不学、不用、不考，部分老师在教学中不研究、不学习、不体现，使得教学缺乏目的性和方向性。现在无论什么考试，出题之前都是依照课程标准出题。所以重视课程标准、学习课程标准、研究课程标准是非常重要的，我们可以以学年初或学期初进行集中学习，或选出骨干教师讲解析读课程标准；做到集体备课备课程标准，教案上写课程标准，反思中对照课程标准，教学常规检查课程标准，业务考试考课程标准…… 这样能保证真正落实课程标准，保证教育教学的正确方向，利于教学，适于考试，提高教学质量。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; list-style: none; overflow-wrap: normal; word-break: normal; line-height: 18px; color: rgb(70, 70, 70); font-family: Verdana, 宋体, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(232, 220, 200);">3、锤炼基本功，充分展示教师的人格魅力</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; list-style: none; overflow-wrap: normal; word-break: normal; line-height: 18px; color: rgb(70, 70, 70); font-family: Verdana, 宋体, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(232, 220, 200);">在学习中，各位专家教授的教学基本功和教师的人格魅力给我深刻的印象，从教师的普通话、讲授能力、教学方法、无限的魅力令我折服，他们或温文尔雅，或激情四射，或逻辑严密，或幽默风趣，或治学严谨，或旁征博引，或妙语连珠，或幽默风趣……以上的片段使我终生难忘。所以教师的基本功，教师的人格魅力对学生的学习，对学生的人生影响都是非常大的，特别是我校当前实施的“三维五环”高效课堂教学模式，要求老师锤炼扎实的基本功和提升人格魅力。我们可以在培训的基础上，制定教师基本功标准要求，明确教师人格魅力的来源和动力，通过进行教师基本功大赛，分项比赛，教师的说、读、写、讲、研、备、改等能力大赛，提高教师人格魅力演讲、展示等活动锤炼提升。细节决定成败，功厚自然成功，魅力感染学生。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; list-style: none; overflow-wrap: normal; word-break: normal; line-height: 18px; color: rgb(70, 70, 70); font-family: Verdana, 宋体, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(232, 220, 200);">4、狠抓课堂常规，创建有效、实效、高效课堂</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; list-style: none; overflow-wrap: normal; word-break: normal; line-height: 18px; color: rgb(70, 70, 70); font-family: Verdana, 宋体, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(232, 220, 200);">一切教学工作最终在课堂上体现出来。所以在严格检查教学常规的基础上，加强听课、评课的力度，特别是无准备的、常态课，这是提高质量的主阵地和关键点。如何听、如何评、哪些人听评课、在哪里评、优劣如何考核等问题可以通过制度、要求、检查突击听课落实，保证日常教学工作的有效性，才能保证我校的教育教学质量位于全县前列。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; list-style: none; overflow-wrap: normal; word-break: normal; line-height: 18px; color: rgb(70, 70, 70); font-family: Verdana, 宋体, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(232, 220, 200);">5、做研究型、反思型老师</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; list-style: none; overflow-wrap: normal; word-break: normal; line-height: 18px; color: rgb(70, 70, 70); font-family: Verdana, 宋体, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(232, 220, 200);">从反思中研究，从研究中提高。既要反思自己的课堂教学行为，又要反思自己的教学人生；反思后进行研究，寻找出人生和教学的优缺点，优点发扬，缺点改进，然后形成自己的教学优势，让一个个教学优势搭建成一架走向优秀教师的阶梯！</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; list-style: none; overflow-wrap: normal; word-break: normal; line-height: 18px; color: rgb(70, 70, 70); font-family: Verdana, 宋体, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(232, 220, 200);">半月的研修结束了，我却感觉教学人生的发展和教学能力的提升才刚刚开始。这次国培给我鼓足了勇气，增添了灵气，鼓舞了士气，既感到了教育事业的伟大，又意识到自己的重大责任，我将尽快将学到的内华为自己的特色和优势，为我校发展尽自己最大努力。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; list-style: none; overflow-wrap: normal; word-break: normal; line-height: 18px; color: rgb(70, 70, 70); font-family: Verdana, 宋体, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(232, 220, 200);"> </p><p><br/></p>
